Market Studies - This study helps to determine the success and viability of a proposed project and how an existing property compares to its market. It identifies the boundaries of the market area and analyzes demand and supply, rental rates, competition that is proposed or ’in the pipeline’ and helps to determine a project’s success and performance.

Rental Studies - Are you getting the highest rent for your property? What about services and utilities included in the rental rate? This study helps to determine whether a project’s rents are above, below, or at market levels. It can be used to time planned rental increases or anticipated market concessions.

Highest and Best Use Studies - with the constantly changing market, a property may need to be repositioned, converted to an alternate use, expanded, or demolished to make way for a replacement use. Do you have a 10,000 square foot office building on a 5-acre site in an area where new shopping centers are being built? This study helps to determine the ‘highest and best use’ of a vacant site or an improved property.

Feasibility Studies - If you have specific investment expectations, we can apply financial analysis techniques to help you determine how to get there.
Appraisal Review - Did you have an appraisal completed for you that you’re just not sure about? Using one for litigation or have obtained one from opposing counsel and want to know its strengths and weaknesses? We can review it either ‘at our desk’ or ‘in the field’ and let you know what we find.
