While customers are not represented in a transaction, clients are. If you chose to be a client, you will give us the authority (in writing) to represent you in dealings with others. If you are a customer, you represent yourself. Whether you are a customer or a client, we will provide to you an explanation of the scope of our services, and, of course, we will be fair and honest with you and provide accurate information to you.
In accordance with South Carolina law, we will disclose to you our agency relationship as soon as you let us know that you want us to represent you in a transaction, which will make you our client. Your business relationship is with Property Solutions, LLC, whose broker-in-charge is Deborah L. Tripp. If you become our client, we will represent you.

Buyer Representation - We provide expert advise and counsel, and will assist you in your negotiations in buying your property. We prefer the single agency relationship, where we represent you, and only you, and do not act as a dual agent, who represents a buyer and a seller.
Seller Representation - We provide expert advise and counsel, and will assist you in your negotiations in selling your property. Property Solutions, LLC is a member of the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, and Loopnet, which provide your property with excellent market exposure. We will provide you with expert assistance in preparing your property for sale.
