and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute as well
as the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Property Solutions, LLC
Founded in 1998 by Deborah L . Tripp, MAI, SRA. Having appraised properties in the
Southeast since 1982 and experienced in the real estate industry since 1977, Deborah
is committed to providing responsive service with excellence and integrity to her
clients at a reasonable price. Deborah was the third female in the State of South
Carolina to achieve the prestigious MAI commercial designation of the Appraisal
Institute, and also hold the SRA residential designation.
